 That way I won't miss Sound Journey and I can still exercise in the morning.  While waiting for Sound Journey, I listened to Iron Maiden's Discography.  Anyway, there are 17 albums altogether.  Here are the earlier 16:

I think I like this lifestyle very much.  This is what Einstein meant by this quote:

I am totally free to do whatever I please.  Most importantly, I am free to think.  There is no mental shackle.  I am free to express myself the way I see fit.  Of course, I abide by the social responsibility that was imposed on me.

My biggest challenge is sleep.  If I can sort out my sleeping issue, I will be far more productive than now.  The key is to sleep well.  I tried sleeping early, If I sleep at 10:00 pm, I will wake up at 3:45 am.

So I might as well sleep at 8:00 am and wake up at 12:00 noon.  It is a very deep sleep.

Heck, I listen to Iron Maiden after the Evening Drive and at 12:00 midnight I listen to Sound Journey all the way until 5:00 am.  Then I exercise.

31/8/23 ^^^ Selamat Hari Merdeka

 I decided to sleep and rest today.  I was really exhausted.  I had Nasi Lemak Tanglin too.  Somehow it doesn't taste that good.  Nasi Lemak is losing [that] (its) edge on me.  Anyway, I am still tired and poofed.

As much as I want to keep it simple, my routine is getting more complex.  At this moment, I cannot do my routine at rote.  There is still the need to pay attention to the trifle.  In this case, I should pay attention to detail.  There are too many steps I need to do to manage my daily activities. As I said, there are many details I need to pay attention to.

It is overwhelming because it makes me more conscious of the things I need to do.

It is good that I move to pen and paper again.  That way I can practice writing again.  I have been paperless since 2006.  This decision made me a handicap in writing.  My handwriting was really ugly initially.

In the midst of all this mayhem, I realize that I should live at a steady pace.  Otherwise, things can become overwhelming.

Besides flexing my skeletal muscles, I am also flexing my brain muscles.  I try to make a point to read those copious e-books that I downloaded.  I should also continue playing shogi.  Finally, I should start to doodle again.

All and all, I have loads of things I need to do.  So I am a very busy person.  Too busy for petty talks and X-ing even.

I love my life now.  A life of a Creator and not merely a consumer.

So even if today is an off day, it is really the sharpening the axe day.  As mentioned by Stephen Covey, "A woodcutter who stops to sharpen his axe will cut twice the trees".

I realize that I cannot escape from my responsibility as a scribe. It is my Labor of Love.

Allah wanted me to write about the NNW Motorrad Tour.  That is our celebration.  There are plenty of celebrations including the Starfleet Medal Award on USS Reagan.

 Here I am ready to live a life of isolation.  Nothing else to do except pierce the pinhole of mu shin no shin and delight the Universe Within.  I had managed to shrink to the barest minimum; which is one.  One is as small as I can go as a whole universe.  I can go into Nothing, which means I travel as a free spirit, lea[d]ing (leaving) my mass behind.  

Be mindful, that when you have ZERO weight and ZERO gravity, you can travel faster than light because you are nothing more tha[t] (than) a spirit.  It is not even a particle not unlike a photon.  You simpl[e] (simply) a part of the total consciousness and simply travel side by side with the Infinite Intelligence.

That is why I said, in my travels, I never met an alien civilization that CREATE like humans do.  Shanaz's people don't create with tools and they are the most advanced alien race.  In their case, they just use their thought waves and entangle them with electromagnetic waves and they can create anything.  When they are done, they just vanish the item like their spaceship.

Be mindful, that they operate very much like Zelda the computer game.  What is their secret?  They just Obey and Obey 7:7.

This I told you people many times; with my thoughts, I create my world.  The th[is] (thing) that takes is your battle between Ja[d] (Jack) and Mad Jack.  Once you tame Mad Jack, everything is achievable.

Here, I remind you again:  EVERYTHING IS TRUE TO THOSE WHO BELIEVE.

26/8/23 *** Today is sweet, sweet, sweet

 Today is a perfect day.  I had my time with the dogs at the Central Park, then I had a stick of Surya with the Orang Asli, then everything was on schedule.  It is such a great day that I did not nap in the afternoon because I am fully alert.

So this afternoon, I will scale Bukit Kiara.  That is after I have my second stick for the day.  Although I did the weighted analysis with Susan on the pros and cons of cigarettes and Nicorette, I guess one to two sticks per day is manageable on the pocket and the health. This is no longer a serious addiction.  This is much like the coffee craving.

I think I can contain this craving.  Come to think of it, I'll have a stick after I scale Bukit Kiara.  Actually it is better BEFORE THE ASCEND.  More Oomph!  

I love being centered like right now.  I am the Master of Time.  Very easy; to master time, you have to be ahead of time all the time.  That's all to it.  Then you are no longer subject to to tyranny of time.  Then you will defeat SSID SLIP naturally.

26/8/23 ^^^ Fantastic feeling after moving the bowel and then grounding

 I did a fifteen-minute grounding.  Ideally, it should be around thirty minutes or more.  I expect the cumulative effect to be there *w[ith] (when) I do the grounding ten minutes a day.
