7/7/23 ^^^ The Nasi Kerabu works

 I feel satiated and light with this new way of eating.  There was a slight craving for the 3-in-1 Coffee after lunch but other than that, I am fine.

60 kg, here I come!

I start watching what I eat for the next 2 months.  It will be great if I lose 20 kg by September.

If it is still a craving it is still an addiction.

I need to tackle sugar and flour.  Bottom line, I deal with them by taking turmeric.

My concern this while is to withstand hunger.  Once I find the formula, I'll whack it all the way.

My suspicion is I am getting closer to the answer.

Next is to deal with insulin resistance.

Man, it is about food!  You are what you eat.  That's pretty much it.

  1. Eat clean
  2. Eliminate Sugar and Flour
  3. Unlock Insulin Resistance
  4. The ability to withstand hunger
  5. Balancing the minerals and vitamins
  6. Drink plenty of water
  7. Vegetarian Diet during lunch
  8. No 3-in-1 Coffee
  9. No Cigarette
  10. No Nasi Lemak
The 10 Laws:

Eating right is the most important thing in life.  If not:
  1. We will become tired, sleep and lazy
  2. The body will be inflamed
  3. Overweight issue
  4. Too much rice = Too much starch
  5. Starch makes me lethargic
Either I eat right or I don't eat at all.

60 kg is the trophy.

Happiness is about losing 40 kg of fat.

Whatever it takes to run fast and far.

I can do this.  I latch to 70 kg as long as I can.  Then I slowly scale down.

I have no other worthy ideal to go for.

This is my Holy Grail.
