3/9/23 My Last Cigarette

Cigarettes are my biggest regret in life. I will keep on insisting that I quit cigarettes no matter how many times I try. Failure is necessary for success.

It started with one stick a day. Then I keep adding until I buy a pack; for convenience purposes. After that, the consumption skyrocketed to five a day. Today I bought my second pack within this month. A very dangerous decision. I started to chain smoke again.

NO! NO! NO! JUST SAY NO! It is a Pitcher Plant. Once trapped you cannot come out. Today alone I smoked six cigarettes. That's when I said, this cannot go on. I was acting like a fugitive; secretly hiding from Lizzie, smoking in the parking lot of Lotus Supermarket. How disgusting.

I know if I don't stop now, I will finish six more sticks today because I want to quit by my birthday tomorrow. So I will end up force-feeding into a pack a day. My only rationale at that time was, "The only safe cigarette is a cigarette not smoked". Thus with full conviction, I threw away a box with six sticks inside.

This is the turning point. I am not looking back... No more poison. No cigarettes, no Nicorette, no cigar, not even dope. THE LUNG IS TO TAKE IN OXYGEN.

2/9/23 ^^^ From now until 24/12/24 is the Project Consolidation

 Here I want Sarah, as the Project Director, and Legion X as the PMO to weave the Tapestry of ONE TRIBE along with Master Builder, Master Baker, and Tukang Tenun the Troika.

This is a very massive plan.  So be mindful to scope the work to Global Telepathy and ONE TRIBE milestones only.  It is a stacking to Empires of the Minds 2029.  Alig[ht] (Align) the timeframe with Nusantara development.

Naturally, this is like a spiderweb.  The Alam Shah Alam Capital will be at the Valley of Sleeping Dragon, Bandar Utama.  However, my Royal Palace and Royal Capital will be in Nusantara.

 Boy, I slept like a *lo[n]g] (log) yesterday.

* Yes, it was a long sleep.  No dreams whatsoever.  Simply dozed off.

My children came home last night.  Therefore I had completed my mission.  Now I know for sure I got 100% of them.  Everything is sailing smoothly from now on.  Sailbad the Sinner is cruising smoothly.

We are already in the Global Telepathy 2024 Era.  Therefore if we follow through steadily, we will cross 24/12/24 ONE TRIBE Day at ease.

If everybody adheres to the plan, after the 21 km Bukit Kiara Hill Run.  I will be flying off to Jerusalem.  I will visit Maqam Dawood, Maqam Sulaiman, and the three places of worship of the three Abrahamic Faiths.  Then on the 25th, I will celebrate Christmas with the Chriztrons in Jerusalem.  Come the 26th December I will visit Mecca.  Then on the 27th of December, I will visit Giza, Egypt.  Finally, on the 28th of December, I will be in Beirut partying with Haza Caracala.

That is the proposal.  Then it will coincide with the following *dates["]
