This is my ideal. I might tweak it here and there but in general, I will impose on it beginning tonight.
Do note that in doing this, I use all my exercise equipment and the exercise locations within my 10 km radius.

3/9/23 My Last Cigarette
Cigarettes are my biggest regret in life. I will keep on insisting that I quit cigarettes no matter how many times I try. Failure is necessary for success.
It started with one stick a day. Then I keep adding until I buy a pack; for convenience purposes. After that, the consumption skyrocketed to five a day. Today I bought my second pack within this month. A very dangerous decision. I started to chain smoke again.
NO! NO! NO! JUST SAY NO! It is a Pitcher Plant. Once trapped you cannot come out. Today alone I smoked six cigarettes. That's when I said, this cannot go on. I was acting like a fugitive; secretly hiding from Lizzie, smoking in the parking lot of Lotus Supermarket. How disgusting.
I know if I don't stop now, I will finish six more sticks today because I want to quit by my birthday tomorrow. So I will end up force-feeding into a pack a day. My only rationale at that time was, "The only safe cigarette is a cigarette not smoked". Thus with full conviction, I threw away a box with six sticks inside.
This is the turning point. I am not looking back... No more poison. No cigarettes, no Nicorette, no cigar, not even dope. THE LUNG IS TO TAKE IN OXYGEN.
