Today I will reinforce the full schedule and see if I can be 100% compliant.
This is really the Cocooning Stage. I want to be fully focused on the self.
I will keep to the basic routine for a month before I add Sprint to my Tuesdays and Thursdays. I still need to work out my elliptical and skipping.
