25/9/23 ^^^ Today is an easy going day

 I have to stop being the hare and start behaving like a tortoise.  The key is consistency.  I also need to maintain my enthusiasm throughout the process.  I think I focus better as an individual.

The Nicotine Gum really helps lift the mood.  I was tempted to smoke a cigarette.  But then, it will be ridiculous for me to smoke considering the damage it does to my lungs.  After all, I am on my 3 Months Walkabout.

I need to buy the Shaving Cream.

Now back to the rambling...  Here I am, the Luckiest Man Alive, able to pursue my dream.  It is just 3 months away.  Why should I succumb to the filthy cigarette and dope?  All I need i[t] (is) to erase the memory from my mind.  Replace the feeling with the joy of running.

For that, the most motivating thing is to see I am progressing in losing weight and running longer.

The strategy to sleep in the morning works.  I am very alert after the morning nap.  So I sleep for 5 hours at night and continue another 2 - 3 hours in the morning.  That should do it.

After weighing the alternative radio stations, I decided to stick to TraXX.  I have to admit, minus the senseless jabbering, they have a better spread of feel-good songs.

Hmmm...  This is indeed a better platform to ramble.  Evernote is nice, but the layout is a bit restrictive.  I guess, the blog is a specialized platform for people who want to do personal journaling.

I am very much at home here than elsewhere.

So the idea is to stick with a proven formula to the very end.  Nicorette is certainly a wonderful solution.  However, I need to watch my wallet too.  Should I eat food instead of chewing gum?  I guess so.
