It has been almost two weeks now that I am in isolation. It wasn't bad at all. I haven't actually been in total isolation. During the duration, I managed to contact Susan on a pending idea and occasionally I refer to her as a dictionary.
I guess, those things are essential. I should not hold back progress in the name of isolation. That would be selfish indeed. Other than that, I still do my Mall Walk and talk to Lizzie. This is not a strict regimentation but rather a statement of direction.
Nevertheless, I stopped watching TV and reading the news. As a whole, I removed as much of External Affairs as possible from my scope.
The idea is to create a conducive environment for me to prosper. From there, I allow TraXX to be my primary signal to move my mind and body. I enhanced my mobile data utilization limit from 3 GB to 30 GB. Hence, my limit is no longer the data [] (but) the battery life of my bone-conducting earphones.
That fortnight, Els was doing a double shift twice. Thus, I broke my silence to keep her company.
September had been a magical month for me. I had pushed it to the brink like I never did before in my External Affairs. Unfortunately, my Athlete4Life lifestyle is marred by inconsistencies. I slept a lot and I smoked a lot too.
Tomorrow is Mopey's birthday. Time to quit smoking again. "You got to go through hell to go to heaven," said Tim Grover. This is an ongoing battle. I will keep on persisting.
In anything you do, to reach mastery you need consistency. I had not achieved that in my exercise regimentation. Although I can say that I am not at full speed yet, I intend to make every day a Winning Day.
Sleep is still a challenge. I managed to sleep early and wake up early. However, I only get max 4 hours of sleep per day. I think I make up the lost hours by sleeping in the morning.
