23/7/23 ^^^ 5,4,3,2,1 You rock!

 Today I am implementing the 3N2Y Oath.  It is the only way I can hit 60 kg by 1/1/24.

Shucks, the temptation is high.  Just say no.  This is like saying no to cigarettes.  I have to say no often until I lose the craving.

As long as there are still cravings, there are still addictions.

"Sibodoh yang tulen."

I can do it...  Yes, I can.

Hold on for 15 minutes every time there is a craving.

It's all a matter of conditioning.

Hold, hold... 

If I have to do it, I have to fight it.

No two ways about it.

Fasting is about being right:

* Increase HGH
* Increase BDNF
* Increase autophagy - improve the immune system
* Decrease cholesterol
* Decrease blood pressure
* Reduce blood sugar
* Reduce sugar craving
* LOSE WEIGHT
* Sleep better 

I'll exercise AHAD in the afternoon.  At  5:00 pm I'll walk BU 2.

This is the Golden Reign of the Wood Dragon.  It starts now.  The road to 60 kg.  I must do.  3N is the subtraction and 2Y is the addition.  I have to train my mind to live with the 3N2Y Oath.

No matter what, the condition is 3 Abstinence and AHAD/OMAD.  I need to endure short-term pain for long-term pleasure (weighing 60 kg).

It's a simple game - JUST SAY NO to cigarettes, 3-in-1 coffee, and nasi lemak.  This is very easy.  Get past the depression through AHAD and OMAD.

This is my priority for the next 5 months.  I cannot fool around anymore.  I need to lose weight so that I can start running.

First, lose weight...
