6/7/23 ^^^ The after meal craving still lingers

 I had a craving after lunch.  I was about to order Nicorette Lozenges from Shopee.  Then I thought, this is ridiculous.  After an hour the craving is gone.

If I buy the Lozenges, I will regret it.  Not only it costs money, but after the first buzz, I need to keep taking it just to feel normal.  The buzz will be gone after the first round.  By then, I am already stuck inside the pitcher plant.

The only way to win is not to touch it *a[s] (at) all.

* NO NICORETTES.

I must remember, it is a pitcher plant. A Death Trap!

BJ and RR are already in the trap.  I am paying the price with the gunk I cough out every morning.  I was in the trap.  By the mercy of God, I am spared the death sentence.

I must fight this.  There is no answer beyond the death trap.

NICOTINE IS THE MOST ADDICTIVE SUBSTANCE.

I got to be firm about it.

As long as there is still a craving, there is still an addiction.

I am out of the pitcher plant.  I should stay out...

No point in spending money just to feel normal.

I should not fall (the radio just mentioned fall) for the pitcher plant ever again.  I manage to get in and out clean. Wait for another 2 months and I will be OK.

Here is the truth:  ANYTHING THAT REQUIRE ME SPENDING MONEY ON REGULAR BASIS IS THE PITCHER PLANT.  Jangan cari penyakit (Don't ask for trouble).

I already have trouble with Nasi Lemak and 3-in-1 Coffee.  I don't need trouble with cigarettes or nicotine.

So Nicorette is something I can do without.

Don't even try it. Next 2 months I shall break the Bronco.
