4/8/23 ^^^ I will live though this phase with zest

I treat Nicorette like I treat cigarettes.  I will only consume it when I have the urge to smoke.  Otherwise, I will fall back to Hacks or Hudson sweets.

This is a winning streak.  As long as I don't smoke I am a winner.  

I am less depressed.  So it is working.

The Nicorette is a crutch.  The real test is to go through the cessation without having to depend on crutches.

I feel good not having to rely on cigarettes anymore.  However, I still need to have substitutes like Nicorette and sweets.  Rightfully I can go free falling.

Let's do this Nicorette stuff for this month.

I am in a state of bliss right now.
