7/8/23 ^^^ Start losing weight

 All that matters is the journey.  I was on cruise control for more than a year now.  For a change, I want to keep going on following the Way of the Swords.

Sleep early and wake up early.  What is holding me back?  None other than the feeling of comfort.

I have to increase my metabolism rate.  I cannot be in hibernation all the time.  Things have to change.

Three things:

  1. Sleep well
  2. Move more
  3. Eat right 
As a start tonight, I sleep at 10:00 pm.
I need to get organized.  I cannot be an armchair athlete.  It is about taking action.

What had been contaminating my mind?  SSID SLIP.  I have to control my thought.  Tonight I read about running.  I have so many books on running and yet I stopped running years ago.

This has to stop.  The buck stops here.  I need the fire within.  That has to do with the high metabolic rate.

No matter what, I have to run.
