This is goodbye to cigarettes, for good. Otherwise, I cannot cross 2024 smoke-free.
During the 3-month Dream Walking Walkabout, I have 3 objectives:
- Quit smoking for good
- Able to run 8 km/hour
- Lose 20 kg
- No more cigarettes and dope - have Nicorette if I have to
- Be consistent with the 10 km Training
- 2MAD
This time my strategy is to take it easy for the first month. Just do AHAD and Mall Walk.
Then in the second month, add the FMEH.
Finally in the third month only I add Weekend activities.
This is a marathon, not a sprint. Speaking of, I will introduce the Sprint after Ramadan. Imagine, Ramadan is only 6 months away.
To be the master of time, I need to be ahead of time all the time.
Don't be overly ambitious in exercising.

- Mall Walk
TT
- Brisk Walk
- Lift Weight
Let this be the first month.
Another approach is to play it by the ears.
