I overshot my sleep. So I purposely missed my training this morning. I was not in the mood. I'll do the Mall Walk at 8:30 am.
It's the cigarette craving. I need to fight this urge. I should not smoke. Once I smoke, I am hooked for life.
Classical music to the rescue.
The Nicotine Gum sure tastes nice in the morning.
I love listening to the Classical.
Now is to feed the Good Old Wolf.

Classical music is like a massager to the neurons. It is easy on the brain. I feel so relaxed. Now is to feel motivated.
I must AHAD. That is the minimum requirement.
What is my priority? To fight cigarettes and depression. I must feel motivated at all times.
Do something productive. Not smoking is productive.
