 Think only of the positives.  Only through positive thinking, you can produce positive action, leading to positive results.

For sure to stop smoking, I should focus on the joy of being smoke-free.

Reasons for being smoke-free:

  1. I am a free man
  2. I can run again
  3. I sleep well
  4. Save tons of money
  5. I am more energetic
  6. Easy on the heart
  7. No raspy throat
  8. Lungs breath easier
  9. I love the freedom to do whatever I like
  10. Nothing is above me
  11. Less stress
  12. Tak mengelabah
  13. Tak terkejut-terkejut
  14. Positive mindset
In the meantime today, only chew 3 Nicotine Gum.  I am an Athlete4Life.  I live a positive lifestyle.  Wakes up early in the morning ready to bring the trophy home.  Win the day at the very beginning of the day.

I am the Undefeatable.  That's me. A Masterpiece...

I did the run/walk today.  However, I skip the grounding.  A reminder that I need a loose short to feel comfortable while grounding.  I might do it later when Lizzie is doing her laundry.
