27/7/23 *** No rice beginning tonight

 I have to take charge again.  No more sugar and starch.  I do OMAD LCHF.

This is the best way to stop hyperinsulinemia.  I have to stop this downward spiral.

Eat only once a day. That's the resolution.  Eat once a day, no rice.  I am addicted to rice.  Rice in general is bad.  It is sugar.

The general idea is to cut the appetite by reducing the amount of food.  That way I reduce the amount of insulin released in the body.

This I persist for 2 weeks.  I still got salt, turmeric, tea, and Ural
