I made it to the Mall Walk today. Had a good round of sushi and a coffee latte. I am doing a 36-hour fast tonight. Then from there on I do OMAD.
The time is now. I am well fed and my mood is very stable.

That's the deal, Sarah... Time to move on. Untie all the knots and SNAP VANISH... Unless she is into me. Then I hang out for a little while. Otherwise, I need to get my act together again.
