That will be my measurement indicator to determine my next course of actions.
No snacking. Just stick to the main meal.
Right now I have the urge to eat. I need to find out why. Maybe in the past I was a big eater.
Maybe in the afternoon, my sugar is low. Well, I just had some pineapple.
That is why I want to move my body this afternoon.
I want to fight inertia up front.
